According to Truecaller, by leveraging the power of AI, the new feature will allow its users to fully engage in live conversation without any need to take notes. This feature further aimed to increase the productivity of its users. It is based on cutting-edge technology.
It will serve as a convenient and efficient way for its users to manage important conversations within the app.
How do you record calls in Truecaller for IOS?
Step 1: Answer the call or attend the incoming call as usual.
Step 2: While speaking or after attending the call, open the Truecaller app on your iPhone.
Step 3: Next on the Truecaller app, tap on the search bar.
Step 4: Click the option “record a call”, this option will connect you to the special recording line provided by the Truecaller.
Step 5: Once you connect to the recording line, on the screen you will get an option to merge the ongoing call, Tap that option to record the ongoing conversations.
Step 6: you will get a push notification when the recording is ready.
Step 7: To access the previously recorded calls, navigate through the Truecaller app, all recorded calls are stored locally in your device to offer more control over the recordings.
Step 8: For extra security, users have an option to store their recordings on iCloud.
How to record calls in Truecaller for Android mobiles?
Step 1: Open the Truecaller app (available on Google Playstore) on your mobile phone and navigate to the dialer section.
Step 2: Click the dedicated call recording button in the Truecaller dialer interface. This button allows users to record or stop recording with a single click.
Step 3: If you are using a different dialer look for a floating button designed to initiate or stop recording sessions.
Step 4: Tap the call recording button to start recording the call, you can do this at any point of time during the call.
Step 5: Once the call ends, Truecaller will send a push notification to alert you that the recording and transcript are ready.
Step 6: You can access the recorded calls within the Truecaller app. You can listen to them or delete any unwanted recorded calls. You can also share the recorded calls with your friends through any app.
Step 7: To manage your recorded calls, click the recording section in the Truecaller app, from there you can manage and perform various actions on the recorded calls as you need.

This call recording feature is available only for premium users.
The feature will provide a detailed transcription of an entire phone call and a summary of that call within the app.
This feature is only accessed by the users who have premium plans as of now. The transcription feature also available only in English and Hindi. The premium plans in Truecaller start at Rs. 75 per month or Rs. 529 per year.
This service was first launched in the United States. The additional markets and more language features will be added soon, the company said.
